Renowned LaCrosse cushions with high resiliency foam are generously crowned with featherlight polyester or foam on top and bottom.
Pillow backrests and bolster pillows are filled with solid core foam, and/or Dacron. These are the fillings that give goose-down comfort. A superior filling compared to more commonly used shredded scrap poly foam.
Arms are padded with cotton and/or foam, for more comfort and to prevent wrinkling and loosening.
Hardwood frames are glued and corner-blocked to prevent loosening of joints rather than the more commonly used nails.
