Frequently Asked Questions

How are you able to sell products for such a low price?

We are able to negotiate lower prices from our manufacturers due to our high sales volume and our warehouses throughout the continental US allow us to significantly reduce our freight costs; savings we can pass along to our customers!

Is everything brand new?

Yes, we only sell items that are new, undamaged and have never been used.  Most items are in stock and ship directly from the manufacturer.

How much is shipping and where do you ship to?

NOTHING! We ship FREE anywhere in the continental United States.  

Can you ship to my address?

We currently ship throughout the Continental United States. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico is available for an additional charge, which is determined at checkout.  Although we do not ship internationally, customers may arrange shipment to a US based freight forwarder and we will ship items to the forwarder free of charge.  We are unable to ship to an APO/AFO address or USPS PO Box.

How are items shipped and how long does it take?

We ship all items via FedEx or UPS Home Delivery or freight carrier.  Typically items ship within 2-3 days and average transit time is 7-10 business days.

Do you charge sales tax?

There are no taxes charged, except for orders within the state of Florida. We do not collect sales tax for other US states; however, you may be responsible for reporting your purchase and paying sales tax directly to your state.

Do the products come with a warranty?

Most items include a limited manufacturer's warranty which covers defects or workmanship issues.  Please contact us if you are having a warranty issue with an item purchased in the last 365 days.

What is your cancellation policy?

We process and ship orders quickly, 24 hours a day.  To cancel an order, please send us a cancellation request via email to with subject line "Cancellation". Requests for cancellation are not complete until they are confirmed by Top Drawer Furniture.  If your order has already shipped from the manufacturer, any cancellation will then be considered a “return” and fall under our return policy stated below.

What if I need to return an item?

We are pleased to accept returns within 30 days of receipt of shipment, for nearly every item we sell. All items must be returned in the same condition as receiving including retail box and all packaging, hardware, parts, manuals, etc.  Any returns for reasons not due to our error or damage sustained during shipping are subject to round trip shipping charges, which will be the actual round trip shipping charges incurred by Top Drawer Furniture, and are subject to a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from any refund due.  Returns are only accepted in their original boxes, and must be unassembled. Once an item has been assembled it is no longer returnable. Your order will be refunded once Top Drawer Furniture receives the returned merchandise.

What if there is an issue with my order or an item arrives damaged?

If you were sent the wrong item, a damaged item, or are having problems with the item please contact us before returning, as we may be able to offer additional assistance.
