Our goal is to ensure your experience is “Top Drawer” from the moment you order your furniture until the moment it arrives to your home. We offer delivery to the 48 contiguous United States, with multiple delivery service levels to meet your needs.

Local Delivery Area

Within the Tampa Bay, Florida area (generally defined as a 30-mile radius from our headquarters in Sarasota, Florida) we offer delivery with in-home setup for a flat fee of $99. This flat fee covers your entire purchase, whether you choose one item or an entire truckload.

Our professional delivery personnel will assemble*, inspect, deliver, and place your furniture in the room of your choice** with care.

Some exceptions may apply. And, with any purchase over $2,499, local delivery with setup is FREE!

*Assembly includes light setup requiring basic tools, such as a screwdriver or wrench. Please note that the delivery team will not perform plumbing installation or electrical wiring.

**Unfortunately there are some challenging situations we may be unable to accommodate or may require an additional fee, such as spiral staircases, narrow doorways, carrying oversized or extremely heavy-weight items up multiple flights of stairs, etc. If in doubt, please Contact Us, as delivery fees are nonrefundable once delivery has been attempted. 

Extended Delivery Area

Beyond our local delivery area, we offer shipping to all 48 contiguous United States. Various services are offered, from curbside to “white glove” in-home setup. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide instant online pricing for “extended area” delivery at this time. Any orders placed outside of our local delivery area will receive a phone call and/or email by the next business day with a delivery quote. At that time, you have the option to accept or reject the quoted price. If you accept the quote, we will collect the additional payment for delivery fees. If you choose to cancel your order at that time, we will issue a full refund. There is no hassle or obligation. We work with many national delivery services that provide very competitive pricing, and some items may even be eligible to ship free!

Transit Time

Top Drawer Furniture utilizes multiple distribution warehouses located throughout the United States. Items that are in-stock in your nearest distribution center generally arrive to your home within two to three weeks. Some items, such as special order fabrics, may have longer lead times.We will contact you within two business days of placing your order with an estimate of delivery time. For expedited delivery options, or for a delivery estimate prior to placing your order, please contact one of our friendly staff.

Local Pickup

Free pickup is available during regular business hours at our warehouse located in Sarasota, Florida.

Damage During Shipment

Defects or Damage

If any item arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage caused during transit, we will repair or replace the defective or damaged area. If that is not possible, we will arrange an exchange. We reserve the right to determine the best course of action.  If your item is being delivered by a third party shipping company (generally, only shipments outside of our local delivery area), please see below for special rules concerning damage sustained during transit.

Truck Freight & Third Party Shipping

When you sign for delivery, even if the item or package appears only slightly damaged, please write “Package Damaged” on the delivery paperwork. If the package looks significantly damaged, you may refuse delivery. In this case, please notify us so that we can expect the return shipment. Once the package returns to us we will send you a new one right away. We generally only have a 48-hour window to file a freight claim with the shipping company, so any shipping damage must be reported with this timeframe.
